From scope to proposal
Bid requests go through the same path whether you manage one building or several.
1. Send the scope
Share drawings, equipment schedules, or a description of the work, along with your timeline and any site requirements.
2. We review and follow up
We review the scope and come back with questions, or set up a site visit if the work calls for one.
3. You receive a proposal
Proposals have a two day turnaround.
